           TrailerHitchSource.com (THS) Terms Of Service Agreement

(1) PAYMENT TERMS: PayPal or approved credit card transactions only.

(2) SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Most of our products are in stock or are dropped shipped direct from the manufacturer with 24 hours.  Monday - Friday only

(3) CANCELLATION: If all or part of an order is cancelled before the product is shipped, THS will refund 100% of the payment received by us.

(4) SHIPPING: Carrier selection is at THS discretion only, but in most cases we will use UPS ground or USPS

(5) RETURNED GOODS: Products sent back to THS for any reason may be subject to a 20% restocking charge to cover repackaging and handling costs. All freight charges each way shall be paid by the customer.

(6) WARRANTIES: THS does not handle warranty claims direct with any products we sell, nor do we except warranty claim returns. All warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer of the product directly.

(7) APPLICABLE LAWS/ARBITRATION: All terms and conditions herein shall be in accordance with the laws

of the state of Kansas, U.S.A. Any controversy or claim arising out of this saleor its breach or pertaining to

the Goods, except any claim or action by Seller to collect owing to it or to enforce its security interest, shall

be settled by arbitration in the State of Kansas, in accordance with its rules of the American Arbitration

Association, and judgements upon the award rendered by this arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court

having jurisdiction.

THS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXTENDING BEYOND THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DEGREE OF THE SECURITY CONVEYED, THE MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF

THE PRODUCT, OR RELATING TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUIRED APPLICATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
